📍ทั้งนี้ การขอทานผิดกฎหมาย ⚖️ ตาม พ.ร.บ.ควบคุมการขอทาน พ.ศ. 2559 หากผู้ใดแสวงหาประโยชน์จากผู้ทำการขอทาน ต้องระวางโทษสูงสุด จำคุกไม่เกิน 5 ปี ปรับไม่เกิน 50,000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ👮‍♀️

Begging is illegal. According to the Control of Begging Act B.E. 2559 (2016), any person seeking benefits from beggars shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding fifty thousand Baht or both.
